    Senior Architectural Technologist Position

    Bam Architects, a leading architectural practice in Cape Town, seeks an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team.

    The successful candidate will work on commercial building projects across South Africa for prominent property companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Creation of technical drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
    2. Proficiency in Revit and BIM modelling for construction drawings.
    3. Collaboration with the team to achieve project goals.
    4. Maintenance of high-quality standards and attention to detail.
    5. Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
    6. Administrative experience with JBCC Contracts is highly desirable.

    Requirements:

    • At least 7 years of commercial experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
    • Strong Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing skills.
    • Experience in Working Drawings and Architectural Drawings.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
