Description
Customer Service Representative required to handle inbound and outbound calls, log cases, and maintain communication with relevant parties.
Assist the Customer Experience Centre with customer service-related duties, ensuring requests are attended to and contributing to the effective operation of a customer service orientated centre.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, logging cases on the CCA, performing follow-ups, and maintaining excellent communication with all relevant parties.
Key qualifications and experience include a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, clear criminal and ITC records, computer literacy, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Contact Centre.
Key skills and attributes include bilingualism, verbal reasoning, punctuality, patience, and strong conflict resolution skills.
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques is essential, as well as exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also required.
