Responsibilities:
Intake & Vacate
Student Profile Audits
Ensuring the correct documentation is uploaded, student types are correct and following up on audit comments to rectify/ update accordingly and close out process within stipulated timelines.
OHS Admin
Ensure OHS file is updated monthly (Manual & electronic files), inspection checklists/service records are filed monthly
Recoveries
Charging for room damages, bill for lost keys & updating account statuses accurately
Key Management
Issuing of keys to students, charging for lost keys, updating key registers when locks are changed & labelling correctly.
Keeping accurate key boxes with one box of original keys and a separate box of spares
Supplier, contractor and business partner coordination
Assisting with quotes, deliveries, payments, monthly appointments/meetings & general communication with suppliers and external service providers, executing on mandated tasks as required.
Service Requests
Assign, follow up and close off job cards logged on Hi-Res and Omni as well as weekly reporting on the status of job cards & providing feedback to students on delayed jobs.
Sales & Marketing
Understanding reasons for vacates, driving retention & new business strategies & management of marketing collateral.
Intake readiness:
showrooms, signage, refreshments & set-up
Liaison Officer
Liaison with university, house comm and sub warden team on check-ins, vacate, room changes, incidents, and events.
Customer Interaction
Managing front desk - first point of contact for student queries and facilitating resolution whether directly, e.g., Wi-Fi/IT troubleshooting, keys, etc.
Query Resolution
Ensuring student queries are attended to and adequate feedback provided within 24 hours of being raised (whether resolved or ongoing) while driving achievement of zero complaints in engagements with clients and internal stakeholders.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- Sales and Marketing: 1 year (required)
