Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling all contractor packs in accordance with site specifications.
- Travel to sites to submit contractors packs and obtain all needed signatures.
- Gathering and capturing of information and data.
- Follow up with sites surrounding progress of contractors packs.
- Scheduling Annaul Medicals and Inductions.
- Booking exit medicals and ensuring contractors packs are updated upon termination of employees.
- Maintaining Training Matrix for each site.
- Updating files continiously to ensure compliance.
- Ensure site compliance regarding health and safety information needed in contractors packs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate/ Matric
- Advanced MS Office Certification (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Drivers Licence.
- Reliable Transport.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2 year contract administration experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionally Presentable.
English Proficient:
reading, writing and talking.
Afrikaans Proficient:
Talking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
- Able to work independently. Fast Learner.
- Knowledge surrounding mining contractors packs will be advantegeous.
Job Type:
Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
R7, R12,500.00 per month
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
