Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compiling all contractor packs in accordance with site specifications.
  • Travel to sites to submit contractors packs and obtain all needed signatures.
  • Gathering and capturing of information and data.
  • Follow up with sites surrounding progress of contractors packs.
  • Scheduling Annaul Medicals and Inductions.
  • Booking exit medicals and ensuring contractors packs are updated upon termination of employees.
  • Maintaining Training Matrix for each site.
  • Updating files continiously to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure site compliance regarding health and safety information needed in contractors packs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • National Senior Certificate/ Matric
  • Advanced MS Office Certification (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Reliable Transport.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 year contract administration experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professionally Presentable.

English Proficient:
reading, writing and talking.


Afrikaans Proficient:
Talking.


  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Able to work independently. Fast Learner.
  • Knowledge surrounding mining contractors packs will be advantegeous.

Pay:
R7, R12,500.00 per month
