Description

Job Title: Customer Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

Apply a consultative approach to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Engage customers to understand their needs and guide them in their purchasing decisions.
Offer personalized solutions through products and services that meet customers' requirements.
Liaise with Department Manager and merchandisers to stay informed about customer preferences.
Maintain store conditions, including layout, cleanliness, prices, product availability, and visual merchandising standards.
Participate in the department's commercial action plan to drive sales growth.
Work autonomously to assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to after-sales support.
Assist with maintaining a fully stocked store to support the sales process.

Requirements:

Junior level of work experience
Permanent position
Market-related salary (approx. $40,000 - $60,000 per annum)
No location specified, possibly based in Little Falls
