    Sales Representative - Pre-Owned Vehicles

    At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maximize sales of pre-owned vehicles by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance throughout the purchasing process.
    • Achieve outstanding first and second gross profits through strategic sales tactics and effective deal closure.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop innovative sales strategies and improve the customer base.
    • Assist in the reconditioning process of used vehicles for retail purposes.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed, adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
    • Network and promote pre-owned vehicle sales, aligning activities with the company's focus on this segment.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Car Sales at a franchise dealership.
    • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
    • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and deal-building skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Autobid systems.
    • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
