    Job Description:

    Role Overview

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving business objectives, sales targets, and revenue growth through personal performance and team management. This role requires following best practices in equipment sales procedures, providing customer-oriented service, and implementing company strategies to maximize department efficiency and profitability.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Team Management: Manage Sales Department Personnel by conducting bi-annual performance appraisals, submitting payroll information on time, hosting monthly meetings, and ensuring employee morale survey targets are met. Additionally, manage leave and absenteeism, drive Investors In People initiatives, and maintain effective inter-departmental communication while adhering to company policies.
    2. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer interaction and service by guiding the sales team in attracting new business, developing client relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Identify development gaps within the sales team and address them accordingly.
    3. Field Sales Activities: Responsible for all field sales activities within an assigned geographic territory or market division.
    4. Sales Performance: Attain maximum net income from the sale of company products and services within company policies.
    5. Sales Goals: Develop and achieve short and long-term sales goals for the Company's products in assigned territories and markets.
    6. Market Research: Make necessary field trips to contact customers, distributors, and end-users, as well as attend conventions and exhibitions to promote product sales.
    7. Customer Events: Plan and host customer days and appreciation events.
    8. Marketing: Oversee regional Marketing activities and order marketing collateral in alignment with the annual marketing budget.
    9. Collaboration: Work with other field sales managers to achieve maximum results for the Company as a whole.
    10. Communication: Regularly communicate with Customer Service and other relevant teams regarding orders and updated product information.
    11. Policies and Strategies: Communicate and implement company policies and strategies to the assigned territories.
    12. Ethics and Quality: Practice business morality, ethics, and quality in all activities.
    13. Market Forecast: Prepare market and customer sales forecasts to achieve required market share and winning ratio.
    14. Market Information: Share market information with National Sales Management, including competition and customer market changes.
    15. Compliance: Ensure all activities conform to Company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
