    Job Responsibilities

    • IT System Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer and mobile systems according to GardaWorld IT policies (Hardware & OS)
    • Level 1 Support: Provide support for Microsoft products and business applications
    • IT Request Processing: Process and prioritize IT requests using the GW IT ticketing system to ensure minimum disruption
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, often remotely
    • Ticket Analysis: Analyze tickets to identify trends and escalate calls as needed
    • User Training: Support training and maintenance of all computer systems used throughout GardaWorld
    • Network Administration: Perform day-to-day network and active administrative duties
    • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, including new joiner inductions
    • Emergency Support: Available on call for emergencies
    • IT Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and asset inventories
    • Project Delivery: Deliver IT projects within project guidelines

    Team Collaboration

    • Internal Collaboration: Main cooperation with the Regional IT Support Manager, all computer users at GardaWorld/Crisis24
    • External Partnerships: IT Consultants, IT Suppliers, Professional Associations, and Technology Stakeholders

    Your Qualifications

    • Regional Experience: Exposure and experience working with regional and/or global teams
    • Education: Degree in IT or related field, from a recognized institution
    • Experience: At least 6-8 years' experience in IT support role
    • Certification: Certification in Servers, Networks, Hardware, ITIL
    • Additonal Skills: Experience with Cisco Meraki related network equipment and Amazon Web Services - Connect will be an added advantage

    Information Security

    Protect data and systems by adhering to policies, reporting incidents, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
