    Job Title: Citrix Support Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Citrix Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support for Citrix Virtual Environments, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of our infrastructure.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert support for Citrix Virtual Environments, addressing both user and backend issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Citrix systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
    • Monitor and maintain the Citrix infrastructure, including performance tuning and system optimization.
    • Assist users with Citrix-related queries and technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates, patches, and enhancements to the Citrix environment.
    • Document and track support activities and system changes to maintain accurate records.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification in Citrix.
    • Three years of hands-on experience in supporting Citrix Virtual Environments.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in Citrix systems.
    • Ability to manage both user and backend support tasks effectively.
    • Proven experience in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing Citrix infrastructure.
