    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to contribute to the success of Shorza Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong desire to help clients plan unforgettable trips.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences.
    • Planning: Research and create tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
    • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during clients' trips, addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
    • Problem Resolution: Assist clients with any issues that may arise before or during their travels, finding effective solutions promptly.
    • Sales Support: Promote special offers and packages to clients, aiming to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable; experience in travel or tourism is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Key Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficiency in using computers and travel booking software.
      • A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
