The Role Job Purpose**:


Sustain strong business relationships with operations and supply base to ensure a fleet of safe, reliable, efficient vehicles as well as to ensure that RTT premises are well-maintained at all times.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the fleet in excellent condition through the coordination of repairs & maintenance
  • Create daily fuel recons
  • Assist and query all fines
  • Hiring of vehicles
  • Coordinate vehicle down time to be effective, efficient, and responsive to operations needs
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance records, certifications, and licensing
  • Create, track, and disburse work orders from vehicle maintenance reports
  • Prepare and implement service plans
  • Communicate availability of resources effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate receiving for all vehicle and equipment maintenance purchases
  • Identify and coordinate fleet standardisation and/or efficiencies
  • Monitor and check for duplications of payments to third parties regarding warranty claims
  • Investigate and complete motor accident claim forms

Skills and Experience Job Related Requirements**:


Minimum:


  • Grade 1
  • Intermediate excel skills, performing the following functions such as Data Entry and Formatting, sorting and filtering
  • Must have attention to detail.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
