    Description

    We are seeking a Brand Partnership Manager to enhance our reward offering and drive revenue growth through strategic brand collaborations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a strategy to expand Strove's brand partner ecosystem.
    2. Identify and engage potential brand partners across key market segments.
    3. Establish relationships with brand partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

    Revenue Growth & Partner Engagement

    1. Negotiate partnership agreements to secure exclusive discounts, bulk deals, and sponsorships.
    2. Demonstrate the value proposition to brand partners and negotiate revenue-sharing models.

    Co-Marketing & Event Sponsorship

    1. Collaborate with brand partners on marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
    2. Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    1. Monitor brand partner performance, tracking engagement and revenue impact.
    2. Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot).

    The ideal candidate will possess strong partnership development skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM software. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
