Professional and presentable female

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

Qualifications
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.

Skills
Minimum 2 years + Solid Conveyancing Experience gained post admission as a Conveyancer.

Duties:

Checking of OTP's
72 hrs clauses
Addendums
Mange and resolve queries
Must have good problemsolving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in the handling of Clients and Client Services
Must be driven and result orientated
Have a good understanding of the internal and external processes
Working very closely with the Transfers Department Manager:

Sorting out after-registration queries
Attending to all clients complaints and queries immediately
