Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair iPhones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware issues.
2. Troubleshoot software issues and perform factory resets, data recovery, and software updates.
3. Perform micro-soldering and board-level repairs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Follow internal business processes.
6. Efficiently manage workshop tasks.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience repairing iPhones.
2. Strong knowledge of Apple devices, iOS troubleshooting, and GSX systems.
3. The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
4. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
5. Effective communication and customer service skills.
6. Experience with micro-soldering / Board level repairs.
7. Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
