    About the role

    We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business and technology, with a proven ability to identify and analyze business processes, assess their feasibility for automation, and work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

    The IT Business Analyst will work closely with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications, acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Identify, analyze, and document business processes, workflows, and requirements
    • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
    • Assess the feasibility of automating business processes and recommend solutions
    • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
    • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to guarantee successful project delivery
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure deliverable quality
    • Provide training and support to end-users
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
    • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Familiarity with business process modeling and automation tools
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Experience in SAP, SharePoint, and process automation is beneficial
