Scope of position:
The purpose of this work instruction is to ensure that the relevant Internal salesperson can process a sales order/ quote when required
Duties:
Tenders to be referred to your Instruction sheet.
Mail quotes and or orders to the client alternately phone client with price.
Log all info on Excel workbook.
Confirm part number, price and qty of the order.
Check when quote was done to confirm price validity and stock availability.
Inform client of any amendments/price changes and obtain acceptance of changes.
Process orders on pastel.
