Role Purpose
Organizing and developing assigned programs to support Liquid Telecom's strategy for business transformation.

Aligning outcomes from multiple projects in order to realize program benefits through ongoing integration and change management across all regions, OPCOs and business functions.

Planning and controlling program budgets.


Role Description

EXECUTION AND MANAGEMENT
Defining and organizing operational programs, assigning individual responsibilities, developing program schedules, and determining resource requirements.

Identify and baseline specific business outcomes, benefits, objectives and performance measures for ongoing integration, alignment and communication across 3 channels (Partner; Reseller & SME).

Ensure development of mandated scope outline and associated work breakdown structures. Design, develop and monitor relevant budget forecasts in support of associated scope of work and resources required. Design, develop and track relevant program schedule forecasts in support of associated scope and approved budget.

Establish and manage program governance and control structures to facilitate decision making, delegation of authority and managing risks & progress through associated reporting to CBO.

Business Support

Business Strategy and Sales Operations

Execute against the business strategy into tactical execution plans consistently monitoring the execution.

Manage multiple business priorities concurrently while delivering on the business-as-usual requirements of LTSA.Develops project management methodologies to be used across the organization.

Managing, driving, monitoring and reporting of key strategic projects to MANCO and other structures. Contributes to the development of best practice in the company, with aim of driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Provide leadership to cross-functional teams for the recommended resolution and/or escalation of issues that may impact project scope, schedule or budget.


Establishment and management of a project methodology that incorporates governance structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting metrics are in place ensuring that project documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurateand complete to avoid audit findings.

Central repository of documentation and processes. Tracking and reporting on performance, providing a real-time,comprehensive, and prioritized view of all programmes, projects and change request.

Stakeholder Management

Managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget.
Liaises with key stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the program.

Track projects to ensure delivery is achieved within the deadline and budgetTeam's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.

Monitor and improve team dynamics
Motivating and unifying the various project teams and breaking down silos.
Promoting continuous communication
Manages service relationship between the internal client and/or internal cross functional departments to deliver.


Role Requirements
B. Degree or a minimum of a 3-year tertiary education from a recognized public education institution: Essential

Post-Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree such as MBA/


MBL:
Desirable

Minimum 6-8 Years Programme/Project or

Service Management:
Essential

Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role: Essential


Experience in planning and execution:
Essential

Experience in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures in the channels:Essential

Proven track record in sales and solution selling:Essential

Experience in operations & service delivery within the LIT environment:Essential

Proven track record in managing a channel and direct sales team with over +100M ZAR accountability:Essential

Experience of operational capex, opex & business case development & execution: Essential
