A well-established ICT company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. They offer a broad range of world-class technology products, which are seamlessly delivered across a national footprint. Their solution offerings are backed by their technical expertise, warranties and exceptional after-sales service. They also pride themselves as representing some of the leading and best quality ICT brands. Products include Omni Channel Call Centre products, Telephony, Networks and VoIP.


The role:


The role is a hybrid role of both new business development and account management, where you will be given a few accounts to manage and you will be required to bring new logo's and manage those new clients thereafter.

You will be responsible for generating new business, cross and upselling within existing accounts and service delivery within your accounts, ensuring that your clients are always well looked after.

You will be responsible for your sales admin and you will be a brand ambassador for your company. If you are articulate, have great business acumen and are looking for an exciting role in which you can grow, this is the role for you


Requirements for the role:


  • 5 years + new business development experience within the ICT industry
  • Successful track record which can be backed up
  • Good technical understanding
  • Omni Channel Call Centre sales experience would be a plus
  • Solid experience in sales admin, RFI's, pipeline management, reporting, proposals etc
  • Own car and license
