    Description

    System Solutions Developer in the Automotive Industry

    Design and implement systems that meet quality and delivery standards.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Presentation of proposed system solutions to IT Project Manager or User Management.
    • Preparation of technical documentation according to ISO standards.
    • Collaboration with end users to gather requirements.
    • Facilitation of daily stand-ups and team coordination.
    • Cross-functional coaching and training of colleagues and users.
    • User training and onboarding.
    • Creation of user manuals and guides.
    • User sign-off and verification.
    • Environment management and support coordination.
    • Business case development and analysis.
    • Project planning and monitoring.
    • Requirement organization and prioritization.
    • Clear communication of requirements to stakeholders.

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant programming languages.
    • Proven track record as a Java Developer with over 5 years of experience.
    • Tertiary qualification in computer science or related field.
    • Experience working in the automotive industry is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with J2EE, JDBC, JUnit, JPQL, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and AWS Cloud technologies.
