RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our client in the manufacturing industry.

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services needed for the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the manufacturing operations
Identify reliable suppliers and vendors and negotiate contracts and agreements
Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders and delivery schedules
Optimize procurement costs and identify costsaving opportunities
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in the manufacturing industry

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques
Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
