Your responsibilities will include processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer requirements to guarantee satisfaction. This role necessitates the efficient management of product flow within operations to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Support for New and Repair Services
    • Manage incoming phone inquiries.
    • Deliver product information to both current and potential clients.
    • Provide verbal and written quotations to customers.
    • Follow up on provided quotations.
    • Guide customers in the application and use of our products.
    • Input sales orders into our operational system.
    • Compile necessary documentation for projects and tenders.
    • Organize and participate in sales events.
    • Maintain an updated quote schedule daily.
    • Send order confirmations to clients and sales teams.
    • Monitor weekly back orders and commitments.
    • Focus on minimizing slow-moving inventory.
    Sales Functions
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
    • Engage directly with clients and internal departments, taking ownership of customer inquiries and supporting Sales Representatives as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure outstanding service and identify new sales opportunities.
    • Your effectiveness in addressing both internal and external customer needs is crucial to the company's success.

    Qualifications:
    • Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
    • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or internal sales environment.
    • Experience in the electrical motors industry is advantageous.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and must be PC literate.
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

    Requirements:
    • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
    • Willingness to learn about our product offerings.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines to fulfill customer commitments.
    • Demonstrated motivational and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective sales and listening abilities.
    • Strong administrative skills.
    • Proven track record of success.

    Compensation:
    • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
