Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your assigned Store and sale agents
  • Communication and relationship building with regional clients in the retail space
  • Ensuring store targets are met and exceeded
  • Ensuring quality customer service experience is at desired levels
  • Driving growth and innovation for the division
  • Recruiting, training, managing and appraising staff
  • Managing promotional activities
  • Ensuring stock integrity and availability
  • Taking appropriate action to ensure adherence to expense budgets
  • Proactively seeking to identify and manage risks
  • Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
  • Interfacing with the customer up to executive level on a regular basis
  • Delivering results: ability to plan and organise self and work to achieve objectives and targets
  • Collaborating with senior management on the division management and growth
  • Customer management: tactful, resolute and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure prompt problem solving
  • Payroll input and final send off to HR
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Ensuring the proper management of stock
  • Reporting on sales vs targets

Minimum Requirements

  • 35 years managerial experience in telecommunications and retail industry
  • National Diploma in Marketing and Sales or relevant
  • Experience in fast paced sales environment
  • Experience in managing SLA
  • Experience in directly managing staff
  • Customer relations management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own Transport
  • Matric

Reliable commute/planning to relocate before starting work required.
