Our client, a private hospital based in Cape Town are currently recruiting for a

Registered Nurse:

Cath Lab who will be responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised, holistic nursing care of patients.

We are looking for a nurturing, caring yet assertive Professional Nurse who will ultimately coordinate patient care within the concept of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

You will fulfil the job requirements but the use of scientifically based nursing theories and processes, treating the patients holistically and by use of educational and technical means applicable to standard and accepted practice.

You will serve as a clinical resource in assisting personnel to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in the unit.

Ensure exceptional standards of communication are upheld whilst initiating, directing and maintaining emergency treatment as required. Thus, along with various other duties will be the key performance indicators of the role.

Requirements:

Registered Nursing Qualification
Must be SANC Registered
A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years' experience in Cath Lab
Must reside close to Cape Town City and be able to at times work extended hours (including night duty and weekend shifts)
Own reliable transport
