Description

Position available for Supervisor/Manager of a business that comprises of a bar, gaming lounge, kitchen and liquor store in the Cape Winelands.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Daily cash up

Weekly/Monthly stock take reporting

Gaming cash up

Invoicing

Ordering of stock

Staff enquiries & rosters

Event admin (on a small scale)

General administration


Desired skills/qualifications:

Must have experience in a similar position. Preferably in service orientated environment.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Must be able to work with Microsoft Office.

Qualification in hospitality or management advantageous.

Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Salary - R10k - R15k depending on experience and qualifications
