Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused retail sales agent to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs.

Your main goal will be to maximise sales and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
In this role, you will provide in-depth product knowledge, assist with product selection, and handle customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, replenishing merchandise, and processing transactions accurately.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build rapport with customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalised recommendations.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of our products and be able to convey their features and benefits to customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
Assist customers with product selection and provide personalised recommendations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

Required:

NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Willing to relocate
Willing to travel
No work experience required
