Job Title: Supervisor - FMCG Industry

Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting staff and management to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the store in the absence of the Manager or alternate shifts with the Manager.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services, and products.
• Handle customer complaints and provide information on policies and procedures.
• Be willing to work overtime.
• Liaise with internal and external clients.
• Work effectively in a team.
• Perform cashier duties as needed and engage in daily client service activities.
• Manage stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education.
• Mid-senior level experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
• Good process and product knowledge.
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Pro-active and customer service-oriented.
• Self-motivated.
