Description
The Spa Floor Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to assisting the operations of the spa.

Perform retail sales and delivering a variety of spa and aesthetic products and services such as body treatments, massages, facials in a safe and professional manner, greeting and checking in guests and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.

Knowledge and Experience_

  • Excellent guest service delivery
  • One to three years of previous experience in a Spa, Beauty Therapist, Doctor's Office, Chiropractor's Office, Restaurant, Hotel, Guest House or any combination.
  • Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in English.
  • Knowledgeable of spa treatments and Products

  • Ability to promote Spa products and services.
  • Ability to give a timely Spa Service, providing a true relaxation and beneficial experience to each guest.
  • Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous.
  • Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent guest data.
  • Ability to perform job functions with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and coworkers as part of a team.
  • Ability to recommend and sell Spa products to guests.

Salary:
R7, R8,500.00 per month


Experience:

- supervisor or management: 1 year (preferred)
