    The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales on a monthly basis, expanding partnerships, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of Vitality HealthyFood Studio.

    This role involves market research, relationship-building, sales strategy development, and creating new avenues for revenue generation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a passion for sales, relationship building and health and wellness.

    Key Outputs

    Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
    • Analyse competitor offerings and market positioning to refine business strategies.
    • Evaluate customer needs and expectations to align offerings with demand.
    Business Strategy and Growth

    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue streams (e.g., partnerships, collaborations, corporate wellness programs).
    • Create and manage business development plans and set achievable goals.
    • Assess and refine existing business models to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
    Sales and Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, nutritionists, wellness influencers, and suppliers.
    • Identify potential business partners, negotiate partnerships, and establish longterm agreements.
    • Support the team in converting leads into clients, ensuring an increase in new clients and bookings.
    Brand and Marketing Strategy

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote the studio's offerings and services.
    • Support the development of unique value propositions and brand messaging to attract target audiences.
    • Represent Vitality HealthyFood Studio at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
    Revenue and Financial Performance

    • Monitor business performance metrics and report regularly on the progress of business development goals.
    • Assist in forecasting financial targets and budgets, ensuring the studio meets its growth objectives.
    • Explore and recommend innovative ways to diversify and expand revenue channels.
    • Client Engagement and Retention
    • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare a monthly business development report outlining progress toward agreed targets, tracking of agreed initiatives, initiatives to recover where targets are not being met and recommending new initiatives to the HFS Manco.
    Qualifications and Experience

    • 3 years plus working experience in the same or similar role.
    • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as expert understanding of highquality product delivery
    • Certified Product Owner / Agile Practitioner
    Required Technical skills / knowledge

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
    • Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and business strategy.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams to drive results.
    • Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness.
    • Experience in building and managing business partnerships and key accounts.
