Description

Our client in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has at least 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, to work on a 3-month fixed term contract.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:


  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Source and attract top talent using various methods including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Assisting with recruiting, including posting job ads, screening resumes/CV's, scheduling interviews.

Requirements:


  • At least 8 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Human Resources Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Effective communication skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual
  • Ability to work in a fun and fastpaced environment
  • Good eye for detail and strong numerical ability
