The Vine Partners (PTY) Ltd are currently recruiting Recruitment Admin Consultants as we are growing in the following areas:

  • Western Cape (Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West, Cape Town)
  • Gauteng (Pretoria, Johannesburg)
  • Mpumalanga ( Secunda, Witbank)

Requirements:

Previous experience in Recruitment and/or HR Administrator

Previous experience in a fast-past working environment.

Good understanding of Recruitment Best Practice and Legislation

Excellent IT skills


Excellent oral and written skills in English and/or Afrikaans in order to write advertisements, job descriptions and market jobs effectively.

Ability to explain policies and champion best practice.

Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidential

Proactive and use own initiative.

People focused.

Reflecting "can do" attitude.

To produce reports for management on equality and monitoring, recruitment, as required.

To support management with existing recruitment practices/processess

To participate in monthly management meetings.


To assist with Managing Director's duties in their absence or in time when he/she is highly in demand during busy period.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R1 500,00 - R35 000,00 per month
