Description

Main Purpose Of The Position To manage and control all Housekeeping standards laid down by the company, maximising revenue and profits to agreed budgetary limits.

Ensure that all company polices and procedures are implemented and maintained. Continuous staff training and development. Housekeeping modules to be developed, implemented and maintain. Maintain high service levels to ensure highest guest satisfaction.

Qualification and Experience - Applicable tertiary qualification in Hosptiality/ Tourism - Minimum of 3 year's experience in the same or similar position - Proficiency in MS office - OPERA or similar PMS experience
