    We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

    As a market leader in the supply of business forms, labels, general commercial and marketing print, PPE, and supply management solutions, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and development within a progressive organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Penetrate new markets and develop business opportunities for commercial print;
    2. Grow the sales of our corporate clothing range;
    3. Actively sell our range of marketing materials, media, and related products;
    4. Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;
    5. Implement effective sales strategies and activities to secure new business;
    6. Develop client solutions that lead to sales;
    7. Meet monthly and annual sales targets;
    8. Prepare and present client presentations;
    9. Complete sales reports;
    10. Manage client liaison and administrative responsibilities.

    Requirements:

    1. Mature qualification or equivalent, with a post-matric qualification in Sales preferred;
    2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in print and labelling;
    3. Proficiency in Word and Excel, with strong numeracy skills;
    4. Self-motivated, energetic, and persistent individual with a hunter mentality;
    5. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build strategic customer relationships;
    6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    7. Ability to work under strict deadlines;
    8. Professional appearance and demeanor;
    9. Independent planning and management skills;
    10. Methodical and analytical approach with attention to detail;
    11. Passion for selling and exceeding customer expectations;
    12. Experience in selling to the agricultural sector an advantage;
    13. Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
