    Organisational Design Specialist

    The goal is to ensure compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and industry standards while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability within the organisation.

    We are seeking highly skilled Organisational Design Specialists who will focus on delivering key organisational design components, including job architecture, structures & operating models, and workforce planning, that align with our Business Transformational objective. These specialists will also help our Business structure and organise to be future-fit and respond to a changing world of work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice on organisational design best practices and trends, tailoring solutions to the specific cultural and operational context of the business.
    • Conduct detailed organisational diagnostics to evaluate existing structures, processes, and operating models, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business needs.
    • Design and implement optimised organisational structures that balance workforce capacity, functional responsibilities, team-centricity, and cost efficiency to achieve adaptability and sustainable business growth.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address pain points in operational workflows, recommending adjustments to roles, teams, or reporting structures to improve efficiency.
    • Refine and develop job architectures against job streams and corresponding job profiles, defining role governance to ensure effective and accurate application.
    • Facilitate workshops and engagements with stakeholders to align on design principles, gain consensus on proposed changes, and solicit feedback on delivery and implementation thereof.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design activities, including current and future state organisation charts, role definitions, and process maps, ensuring transparency and traceability.
    • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential workforce and role changes, define mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless implementation of organisational changes.
    • Develop a workforce transition approach and plan, creating supportive documents and templates to assist in any transition required.
    • Develop an implementation plan to operationalize any operating model, structures & roles design.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation, industry regulations, and governance standards during the organisational design process.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in job architecture, organisational design, and operating model development.
    • Organisational design work experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive change.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Consulting and /enterprise transformation experience is advantageous.
