The Product/Brand Manager will be responsible for:
Developping marketing plans/ strategy for the disposable & IOL product portfolio.
Pricing, strategy, training associated with key brands including regular interaction with Key Opinion Leaders in the field.
Hosting of meetings, discussion groups and advisory boards.
Ensure funder payment and inclusion on formularies. Reimbursement protocols for new technology introductions.
Experience:
2 to 3 years' experience in product management in Pharma/Medical Devices industry
Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
Tertiary qualification such as IMM or equivalent
Results orientated individual with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share.
Ability to strategically plan and tactically implement marketing plans.
Solid project management skills
Strong clinical competency required.
