    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification and MCSE/MCSA or equivalent
    • Proven experience as an IT Manager
    • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, security, and automation
    • Microsoft Dynamics, Linux, Firewalls, and PowerBI

    You will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing IT infrastructure and networks
    • Managing IT support teams and ensuring 24/7 coverage
    • Implementing security protocols and optimizing data usage
    • Automating ticket routing and IT support processes
    • Planning IT infrastructure for new sites
    • Administering Office 365 and Dynamics
    • Supporting implementation of ERP
    • Project Management for hardware and software upgrades

    A successful candidate will possess:

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Experience managing IT support teams
    • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, security, and automation
