Description
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant IT related Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- 35 years experience in IT service organization
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification
- Valid license and own transport
- Able to work outside of normal business hours
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist in strategic planning and developing service policies and standards aligned with business objectives
- Manage and assign all incoming calls logged
- Implement and uphold established processes, policies and procedures
- Service reports
- Staff management
- Performance management
