About the Role:

Ultimately, administrative skills are related to the running of a business and increasing office productivity. They include communication and organizational skills, as well as project management skills, bookkeeping skills, and time management skills. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Basic Bookkeeping
  • Debtors, creditors, Invoicing, payment allocations, Quotations
  • Daily Stock take
  • Maintenance of staff files time sheets, leave, sick notes, absconding
  • Diary Management
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed

Min Requirements:


  • Min 3 years' experience in an administration role
  • Strong administration, organizational and numerical skills


  • Microsoft Office

  • Excel
  • Pastel Payroll (advantage)
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
  • Professional & Hard Working

Remuneration:
R R depending on experience)


Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
