The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) role is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent across all divisions of the company.

This encompasses both permanent employees and fixed-term contractors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology is required.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within retail and/or FMCG sectors, is essential.

Familiarity with human resource information systems and recruiting techniques and tools is necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is a must.

An understanding and knowledge of South African labour legislation are crucial.

KEY OUTPUTS

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Provide comprehensive recruitment services to support business needs.

3. Maintain and update talent pools and databases to ensure effective candidate management.

4. Demonstrate exceptional self-management and teamwork skills.

**Salary:** R400,000 - R600,000 per annum
