Description
Duties:
Responsible for the maintenance of devices across all sites
Ensure that users are able to use the device as stipulated for operational requirements
Provide training on devices if required
Keep records of work carried out on a daily basis
Installation of the VD provided by the business
Servicing of electronic devices as required
Ensure maintenance and servicing of all designated sites
Maintain faults, snags, etc are attended to as they are reported
Ensuring that SLA warnings are prioritised and attended to
Adding of current assets onto Manage Engine for each site
Thorough completion of the equipment health checklist upon all site visits
Able to drive the use of the Vision Device system on site
Education / Experience
Matric advantageous
Gallagher certification advantageous
5 years Experience and Knowledge of Security Systems
PSIRA Graded advantageous
Knowledge, Skills & Experience and Job-Related Competencies
