This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Sandton. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage workflow efficiency, and implement operational processes to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental activities, managing budgets and resources, analyzing data to optimize processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
The role also involves leading and motivating staff, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management
- Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain coordination
- Support onboarding and relationship management of distributors and resellers
- Assist in negotiating and closing reseller and distribution agreements
- Ensure alignment between operations, sales, and marketing
- Drive operational efficiency and scalable systems as the business grows
- Operations Management and Process Improvement skills
- Budget Management and Financial Planning capabilities
- Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Employee Development expertise
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Relations
- Project Management experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with technology markets in Africa is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in a management role, preferably in a technology-focused environment
