They are looking for a creative and strategic Junior Social Media Manager to join their team and help amplify their clients brand presence across various social media platforms.

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for various clients in order to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content for daily posts, including text, image, and video content, that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and feedback, and leverage them to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, platform features, and algorithm changes, and propose innovative ideas to keep client's strategy fresh and effective.

Requirements:

MUST BE IN CAPE TOWN AND IN OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY

TABLE VIEW

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of trends and experimenting with new ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
