Description
Purpose of the Position
- To process all expenditure items through the cashbook and prepare these items for payment. Ensure accurate recording of transactions in the financial records.
Key Performance Areas
- Capturing and reconciling of cashbooks on Accpac
- Capturing monthly account reconciliations for various clubs
- Capturing Accounts payable invoices on Accpac
- Capturing Accounts receivable invoices on Accpac
- Creating payments on ABSA Banking system
- Extracting monthly IRIS reports
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and loan accounts
- Adhoc office duties where required

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience on Accpac an advantage
- Experience in a similar role in a financial department
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- In possession of or studying towards an accounting related qualification
- Good administrative skills
- MS Office and Electronic Mail essential
- Above average literacy and numeracy skills
