Key Responsibilities

Duties include developing and maintaining a knowledge base, encompassing technical documentation, user manuals, and best practices. Proper version control and naming conventions are ensured. Clear and user-friendly release notes, product guides, instructional videos, and multimedia content are produced.

Tasks and Deliverables

Facilitating internal training sessions is also part of the role, along with designing and delivering new employee onboarding programs. Training materials and resources tailored to specific roles and learning objectives are developed. Feedback from stakeholders is incorporated to improve documentation and training resources.

Industry Best Practices

The position requires staying abreast of industry best practices for knowledge dissemination and applying these to internal processes. Subject matter expertise on the software platform is provided to internal teams, while guidance and support on documentation standards and best practices are offered.

Technical Expertise

Techincal inquiries and support requests are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum 5 years' experience in a content/knowledge management role with experience in a SaaS environment is also necessary. Demonstrated experience in technical writing, documentation management, and software training is required. Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software, is expected.

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, is necessary. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are required, as well as ability to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, customer service, and leadership.
