    Description

    We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization in the MENA region. The focus of this role is on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with clients. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-visibility team focused on making an impact on the business while recruiting for innovative talent.

    In this role, you will manage searches against timelines, utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics, and work in an innovative, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
    2. Recruit passive candidates, gauging chemistry for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
    3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
    4. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, screening, interviewing, and preparing an ideal candidate slate within a consistent timeline.
    5. Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
    6. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Strong knowledge of recruiting practices.
    2. Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
    3. Strong orientation on recruiting KPIs.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    5. At least 9 years of candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing experience.
    6. Bachelor's Degree.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
    2. Retail hiring experience.
    3. Hands-on experience driving Employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
