The Role


Reporting to the CRM Manager you will work closely with the team in helping to implement and enhance the overall CRM strategy for LiveScore Bet; covering the Netherlands region.

The main responsibilities of the role will include assisting with campaign planning, creation and optimisation of all sports, casino and free-to-play campaigns for a sportsbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to plan, create and optimise all CRM campaigns in conjunction with the regional and international sporting calendar and product launches.
  • Work with the Promotions team to create and execute engaging multichannel campaigns that drive daily actives, retention and MoM commercial uplift.
  • Help with weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways.
  • Produce high quality and timely campaigns that are customer centric and innovative.
  • Keep in close sync with the Trading team to target highprofile events with attractive price boosts in an effort to claim share of market during peak activity periods.
  • Work in conjunction with the Insights team to deep dive into behaviour versus value, which will help to define our targeting and segmentation.
  • Execute a weekly and monthly CRM testing strategy to ensure all campaigns are fluid, make sense and are supported by the wider business functions.
  • To grow a dynamic and personalised Sports and Casino that is not only competitive, but seen as a market leader for being trustworthy, fair and always relevant.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • CRM experience, ideally in a sports betting and/or gaming environment
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Experience using a CRM platform with understanding of lifecycle development & optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of sports (local and international) and casino products
  • Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative and qualitative insight
  • Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive
  • Excellent with time management and ability to multitask
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with HTML/CSS knowledge (ability to edit existing code)
  • Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
