- Streamlining processes to enhance the efficiency of equipment support services.
- Implementing best practices for maintenance, repairs, and technical support.
- Efficiently allocating resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Optimizing resource utilization to meet service demands and reduce downtime.
- Manage trial/project processes in newly identified areas to ensure successful delivery of required trial outcomes and change management.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with equipment support services.
- Implementing feedback mechanisms to understand and address customer needs.
- Determine and recommend refresher training schedules.
- Actively promote benefits of AECI systems, products and services e.g. improved safety, more efficient logistics, capability, coupling ratios, improved fragmentation, lower fume emissions etc.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture within the support services team.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Product consultations and investigations.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of supported equipment.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to uphold service quality.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the support services operations.
- Working with technical to finalise functional specifications.
- Contribute to user requirements both equipment and applications.
- Participate in Risk assessments on any new ideas and or hazardous operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
