    Maintaining Competency of Nursing Staff

    This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that nurses are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

    Essential Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
    • 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a Registered Nurse

    Desired Qualifications

    • Post-graduate Diploma in Nursing Education
    • Unit Specialty Certificate or Diploma (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Critical Care Unit)
    • 1-2 Years of Experience as a Peer Mentor or Workplace Assessor
