- Previous sales experience in an Employee Wellness related industry
- Knowledge of the Employee Wellness industry
- Proven experience and track record in sales environment

- Sell EAP and Wellness related services as well as have a working knowledge and ability to sell any other Workforce Healthcare (WFHC) product if needed
- Conduct cold calls as per targets and schedules on EAP and Wellness
- Set up appointments with potential clients
- Conduct service calls when necessary
- Establish clients' needs / requirements
- Advise clients of the benefits of outsourcing and the differentiators of choosing WFHC
- Draw up quotes in conjunction with the Director: Employee Wellness
- Present quotes and proposals to clients timeously and negotiate accordingly
- Follow up on all visits / quotes to clients until closure
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure contact is maintained with clients who are not interested in the service at the moment or who are tied into a contract
- Maintain a database of potential client contract end times and tender times
- Maintain contact with potential clients until new tenders / proposals are requested
- Closing deals and ensuring prescribed targets and activity requirements are met
- Ensure a proper handover is done to client services upon closing a deal
- Ensure that all leads provided are followed up on
- Ensure that all relevant documentation in terms of the sales administration process is completed accurately
- Ensure all potential clients receive exceptional customer service at all times
- Establish, maintain and grow all business relationships with prospective as well as current clients
