- Consult with management to ensure requirements are being met
- Build relationships with managers across the business
- Determine suitability of candidates with line managers after interviews
- Maintain communication with recruitment partners
- Develop interview methodologies in consultation with line management
- Create and maintain job profiles and competency-based interview guides
- Manage the database for recruitment and CV status record
- Facilitate external assessments and technical assessments
- Screen all applications and schedule interviews
- Provide feedback to candidates on interview outcomes
- Ensure adherence to the Recruitment Process
- Conduct reference checks on potential employees
- Achieve alignment with employment equity targets
- Update and maintain recruitment website and dashboard
- Arrange and conduct interviews for staff promotions
- Manage the Exit Interview process
- Maintain data integrity of HC information
- Prepare various recruitment reports
- Grade 12 (matric certificate required)
- HR Degree/Diploma – non-negotiable
- Minimum 5 years Human Capital experience in a Corporate environment
- Willing to travel locally
- Car essential

The Human Capital team is seeking an experienced professional to drive the recruitment and retention processes for our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate HR, with a completed HR diploma preferred.
This role requires a highly proactive individual who can find and implement effective methods to attract skilled talent. You will work closely with management across multiple divisions to recruit candidates, and develop relationships with recruitment partners to ensure their needs are met.
