Description

We are hiring a
Senior Paid Media Specialist for a leading ad agency.

This is a full-time position. On-site, office based. Daily commute is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help to lead in the agency's approach to digital media attribution, cross channel performance and interpreting data from all paid channels.
Provide support for digital media teams with custom performance reporting and analyses.
Core client contact related to analytics / reporting.
Serve as support for teams across the agency regarding sourcing data, improving process, data manipulation, and analysis techniques.
Make recommendations for new techniques, metrics and strategies to improve targeting and measurement in the future.
Use leading edge data visualization solutions to show performance, create less friction and focus on developing insights that will drive strategy.
Help the media team optimize budgets and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible ROI.
Maintain functional expertise in database marketing, integrated channel marketing, analytic tools and techniques.
Pitching and presenting strategies to client is a large part of the job.

Qualifications & Certifications:

6+ years of experience of digital media experience working at a media agency, agency, or in house digital marketing / digital analytics team.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field of study.
Utilize tools and techniques to accomplish data validation & visualizations (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Shopify).
Ability to provide thought leadership on all aspects of digital advertising, media strategy and standard media measurement.
Strong communication skills and project management.
Having the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively.
